Instructions
- Scald milk.
- Slowly sprinkle cornmeal over milk, stirring constantly.
- Continue cooking and stirring over low heat until mixture has thickened (5 to 10 minutes).
- Add cheese, oleo, salt and sugar.
- Stir until cheese and oleo are melted.
- Stir in eggs; mix well.
- Pour into a 1 1/2-quart greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes or until firm.
- Serve immediately.
