- Brush jelly roll pan with oleo.
- Heat brown sugar, syrup, butter and salt in large saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes.
- Do not overcook.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cereal and nuts until well coated.
