Cheese-A-Roni Bake

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a medium bowl, combine sauce and water.
- In another medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, eggs and oregano.
- Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Spoon in 1/3 sauce. Top with 1 cup uncooked elbows, 1/2 Ricotta mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella and 1/3 sauce.
- Repeat layering, using remaining macaroni, Ricotta cheese mixture and sauce.
- Reserve Mozzarella. Cover with foil.
- Bake 45 minutes.
- Uncover; top with remaining cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes longer.
