Cheese And Corn Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 double crust pie shell
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 4 to 6 oz. Cheddar cheese (to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat corn, pepper and cheese until cheese is melted; stir in cornstarch.
  2. Pour into pie shell; top with crust.
  3. Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Let sit about 5 minutes before serving.
