Cheese And Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1/2 box spaghetti
  • 1 block of sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti straws until just tender; set aside.
  2. Have the grated cheese ready.
  3. Melt margarine; set aside to cool, then beat in eggs, one at a time, real well.
  4. Add milk.
  5. Drain spaghetti straws and layer 1/2 of the straws, 1/2 the margarine, egg and milk mixture and 1/2 of the grated cheese.
  6. Repeat.
  7. Cook in moderately hot oven (350°) until it is bubbly hot.
  8. This makes a delicious side dish.
