Ingredients

  • 1 loaf bread, decrusted
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. sugar with cinnamon
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Roll bread flat with rolling pin.
  2. Combine cream cheese, sugar with cinnamon and egg yolk.
  3. Spread on each piece of bread.
  4. Roll up and cut in half.
  5. Melt 1 stick butter.
  6. Roll each piece in melted butter, then in cinnamon sugar.
  7. Bake at 350° for for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. May be frozen to bake later.
