Cheese Cake Cups

Ingredients

  • cupcake papers
  • vanilla wafers
  • 2 (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sugar, vanilla and eggs. Put papers in cupcake pan.
  3. Place vanilla wafer flat side down in each.
  4. Fill cup 3/4 full.
  5. Bake 350° for 18 minutes.
