Ingredients

  • 3 lb. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 24 vanilla wafers
  • 2 cans pie filling

Instructions

  1. With a mixer, whip together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  2. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each foil baking cup.
  3. Fill each cup half full with the cheese mixture.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes at 375°F.
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Cover with pie filling and refrigerate before serving.
