Ingredients

  • 2 cups packaged biscuits
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 4 oz shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the biscuit mix according to package directions, using 2 cups of Bisquick and 1/2 cup milk.
  2. Knead the dough 8 to 10 times.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a 14-inch circle.
  4. Brush the dough with melted margarine.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese evenly over the dough.
  6. Cut the dough into 10 wedges, like a pie.
  7. Starting at the wide end of each wedge, roll to form a crescent shape.
  8. Place the crescents, point down, on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  9. Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve hot.
