Creamy and savory cheese cubes with sausage, perfect for snacking or entertaining. Great served with crackers, offering a rich, cheesy flavor with a hint of meatiness.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. sausage

Instructions

  1. Slowly melt the entire block of Velveeta cheese in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Cook sausage, breaking apart until very crumbly; drain excess fat.
  3. Add cooked sausage to melted Velveeta cheese and mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch lightly oiled or Pam-sprayed dish and refrigerate until chilled and set.
  5. When chilled and set, cut into cracker-sized cubes.
  6. Serve with snack crackers.
