Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) package banana cream pudding and pie filling
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 baked 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust
  • fresh strawberries (halved)

Instructions

  1. Combine the banana cream pudding mix with milk in a saucepan.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture comes to a full boil.
  3. Cool the cooked pudding for 5 minutes, stirring twice.
  4. Pour the pudding into the cooled graham cracker crust.
  5. Chill the pie for 3 hours.
  6. Cut the pie into 6 to 8 wedges and top each with alternately halved strawberries, sliced peaches, blueberries, or diced pineapple.
