Ingredients

  • 3 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Cream the cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and the whole egg; mix well.
  3. Stir in flour, then add milk gradually, mixing continuously.
  4. Fold in lemon juice and grated lemon peel.
  5. Pour the mixture into an unbaked cracker pie shell.
  6. Sprinkle with crumbs on top.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for 35 minutes.
  8. Chill before serving.
  9. Optional: top with sour cream.
