Ingredients

  • 4 (4 oz.) cans chili peppers
  • 8 oz. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°. Open pepper cans and drain. Split peppers and remove seeds and splines.
