Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 10 ounces swiss cheese, finely grated
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar sliced mild banana peppers, drained and minced
  • 2 tbsp.minced fresh chives
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Soak capers in water to cover 10 minuters, drain.
  2. Stir together capers and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
