Cheese Stuffed Medjool Dates

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces medjool dates
  • 1 1 ounce goat cheese or 1 ounce blue cheese
  • 2 2 ounces pecans or 2 ounces walnuts

Instructions

  1. Split date lengthwise and remove pit.
  2. Stuff with 1 t of cheese.
  3. Sprinkle with 1 t chopped nuts.
  4. Serve chilled.
