Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Stir together until barely mixed the milk, egg, Bisquick and 1 cup of the cheese.
  2. Spread the dough in a 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle dough with poppy seed, the remaining cheese and the melted margarine.
  3. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until medium brown.
