Cheesecake Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 16 slices white bread, crusts removed
  • margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix together cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar.
  2. Spread over bread.
  3. Roll up jelly roll style.
  4. Dip in melted butter, then into cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  5. Freeze overnight.
  6. Cut each roll in half and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  7. Yields 32 rolls.
