Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. smorgasbord lunch meat
  • 1 lb. cheese (your choice)
  • 1/4 medium onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 4 cans flaky biscuits

Instructions

  1. Chop lunch meat and onion.
  2. Shred cheese; add seasoning.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Dip biscuit pods in flour; stretch to a large circle.
  5. Fill with mixture (1 large tablespoon each).
  6. Pinch edges together to form pea pod.
  7. Baste with beaten egg.
  8. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
