Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. shredded cheese (4 oz. sharp cheese)
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease the bottom only of muffin pans.
  3. Mix Bisquick, sugar, shredded cheese, egg, and milk vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  4. Fill 12 greased muffin cups two-thirds full with the batter.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes until golden and puffed.
  6. Serve warm.
