Cheesy Tomato Spread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 lb Camembert cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 lb tomatoes, seeds removed and finely chopped
  • 1 None spring onion, cut into thin rings
  • 1 oz sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted

Instructions

  1. With a fork, blend the butter and the cheese together in a bowl. Add the tomatoes, spring onions, sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts and season then add the paprika.
