Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. light brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 unbaked 9-inch pastry shells

Instructions

  1. Cream sugar and butter, add eggs, one at a time.
  2. Add vanilla and pecans.
  3. Pour in pie shells.
  4. Bake in 325° oven 45 minutes until center is firm.
