- To make the chermoula, combine garlic, spices, herbs, oil, lemon juice and lemon zest in a large bowl. Place fish in a separate bowl and coat with 1/2 the chermoula. Cover and chill for 15 mins. Reserve remaining chermoula.
- Remove fish from marinade. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook fish until browned on both sides and cooked to your liking. Drizzle with reserved chermoula and serve with salad.
