Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Pour pie filling into crust.
- Beat together egg and milk.
- Add sugar, flour and remaining ingredients except coconut.
- Beat until smooth.
- Stir in coconut.
- Pour over pie filling.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes until puffed and browned. Cool before serving.
