Cherry Cream Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Kirschwasser (clear cherry brandy)
  • 1 tbsp gin
  • 2 tbsp cherry juice
  • 2 tsp heavy cream
  • None None crushed ice and mint sprigs, to decorate

Instructions

  1. Put the Kirschwasser, gin, cherry juice, cream, and a little crushed ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add extra crushed ice and serve garnished with mint.
