Bubble Loaf Or Monkey Bread
A sweet, sticky, and fragrant monkey bread made with cinnamon-sugar coated biscuit pieces baked in buttery glaze, perfect for sharing at breakfast or brunch gatherings.

- Mix 3/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon in a plastic bag. Shake the biscuit pieces thoroughly until well coated.
- Pour the coated biscuit pieces into an ungreased Bundt pan.
- Pour melted margarine over the biscuit pieces, then sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and chopped nuts if desired.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and immediately turn the loaf onto a plate to serve.
