Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except pie filling.
- Spread 3/4 of batter into greased 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet.
- Spread pie filling on batter.
- Dot remaining batter on top of pie filling and spread around a little.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Top with powdered sugar (sprinkle on) or powdered sugar/milk glaze.
- Great served warm for breakfast or as a dessert.
