Instructions
- Drain juice from pineapple.
- Place pineapple in bottom of casserole pan.
- Layer cherry pie filling on top of pineapple.
- Top with dry cake mix.
- Add coconut over cake mix.
- Add chopped nuts. Pour melted butter over top.
- Bake in preheated 350° oven until syrup from pie filling bubbles to the top.
- Best when served hot with vanilla ice cream.
