Ingredients

  • 2 qt. fresh rhubarb
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages cherry jello
  • 1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Combine rhubarb and sugar and let sit overnight or until the sugar turns to liquid.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Dice up the cherry pie filling and add it to the rhubarb mixture.
  4. Simmer well and add two packages of cherry jello.
  5. Stir well until all ingredients are dissolved.
  6. Pour into containers and freeze.
