Instructions
- Combine rhubarb and sugar and let sit overnight or until the sugar turns to liquid.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Dice up the cherry pie filling and add it to the rhubarb mixture.
- Simmer well and add two packages of cherry jello.
- Stir well until all ingredients are dissolved.
- Pour into containers and freeze.
