Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Beat at high speed the sugar, margarine and eggs. Reduce speed and add flour and vanilla. Spread dough thick on greased jelly roll pan (15 x 10-inch). Center 1 tablespoon pie filling (4 rows of 5). Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
