Cherry Tomato Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut a thin slice of the top of each tomato. Scoop out and discard pulp.
  2. Invert the tomatoes on a paper towel to drain. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Spoon into tomatoes.
  4. Refrigerate until serving.
