Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. oleo
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
  • 8 vanilla wafers, coarsely crushed
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 (20 oz.) can reduced calorie cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 tsp. brandy extract
  • 2 (16 oz.) cartons low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp. white vanilla flavoring

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo in a small skillet over low heat; add chopped pecans.
  2. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla wafers and cinnamon; set aside.
  4. Layer the vanilla yogurt with cherry pie filling and pecan mixture in serving glasses or bowls.
  5. Repeat layers as desired and serve chilled.
