Cherry Veggie Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 c. dried cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese (about 2 oz.)
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • vegetables for dippers

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cherries, Blue cheese and walnuts. Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise; mix well.
  2. Chill about 1 hour to blend flavors.
  3. Serve with vegetable dippers, such as celery, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, green or red peppers.
  4. (Also can include crackers.)
  5. Makes 2 cups of dip.
