Ingredients

  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 graham cracker pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla with mixer until smooth.
  2. Pour equally into 2 pie crusts.
  3. Bake in preheated oven at 325° for 35 to 45 minutes, just until the center of the pie is firm.
  4. Cool.
