- In a large mixer bowl, combine 3 cups of flour, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
- Add warm water and oil to the flour mixture.
- Blend at medium speed for approximately 3 minutes.
- Gradually stir in the remaining flour by hand until a firm dough forms.
- On a floured surface, knead the dough for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and a towel, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough to the size of your pizza pan.
- Lightly oil the pan and place the rolled dough on top of it.
- Cover with a towel and let the dough rise for an additional 30 minutes.
- Add your favorite toppings and bake at 425°F until the bottom of the dough is brown, approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
