- Brown ground beef; drain fat.
- Add spaghetti sauce to beef and mix well.
- Warm tortillas in microwave 10 seconds until soft and pliable.
- Place 2 to 3 tablespoons sauce mixture in the middle of each tortilla; sprinkle with cheese.
- Wrap tortilla into an envelope (bottom, top, then sides together) and fasten with a toothpick.
- Either fry in oil, turning after browned, and drain; or bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 400° until crisp.
