Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 6 uncooked chicken breasts
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken breasts until tender, then remove skin and set aside.
  2. Mix cream of chicken soup, water, uncooked rice, salt, and pepper together.
  3. Spread the rice mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.
  4. Lay the cooked chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
  5. Cover the dish tightly with a lid or foil.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 2 hours.
