- Boil chicken breasts until tender, then remove skin and set aside.
- Mix cream of chicken soup, water, uncooked rice, salt, and pepper together.
- Spread the rice mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Lay the cooked chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the dish tightly with a lid or foil.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 2 hours.
