Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 packages skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour, stirring the chicken after 30 minutes.
  3. Grill on aluminum foil over low heat for about 1 hour or bake covered with foil at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  4. Uncover to brown the chicken.
