Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can water

Instructions

  1. Cut up 1 chicken into small pieces and salt and pepper it.
  2. Place rice in the bottom of a Dutch oven or microwave-safe dish.
  3. Add 1 can of golden mushroom soup and 1 can of water, then stir.
  4. Place the chicken pieces on top of the rice and soup mixture.
  5. Cook on High for 15 minutes in the microwave.
  6. Then cook on Medium-Low setting for 25 minutes.
  7. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
