Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1 cup Minute rice
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam and stir together the minute rice, cream of celery soup, and cream of mushroom soup.
  2. Lay the chicken pieces on top of the rice mixture.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and poultry seasoning or paprika.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour. Do not peek during cooking.
