Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 pkg. bacon
  • 1 c. rice (Minute rice)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 sweet bell pepper
  • 1 pkg. boneless chicken

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken until well done.
  2. Fix 1 cup Minute rice well done.
  3. While this is cooking, cut up cabbage.
  4. Slice onion real thin.
  5. Slice pepper.
  6. Fry 1 package bacon until well done.
  7. Put cabbage, pepper and onion in a kettle.
  8. Put in a little cooking oil.
  9. After chicken, rice, bacon is done, crumble up in a bowl. Fry cabbage, pepper and onion well done.
  10. Mix after fried and cooked with chicken and rice mixture.
