- Cut chicken into
- small pieces and sprinkle with garlic salt. Dip in egg mixture
- and

- flour.
- Deep fry. Combine sake, shoyu and sugar and cook together until sugar is dissolved. Place chicken in a shallow pan and brush on glaze. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes at 350°.
