Instructions
- Wash mushrooms and cut in half or slice.
- Saute them in 2 tablespoons butter.
- Remove them temporarily.
- Add remaining butter; melt.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and brown thoroughly. Return mushrooms to pan.
- Sprinkle all with tarragon.
- Add wine. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Remove chicken and mushrooms to plate. Stir sour cream into juices (use a whisk to keep it smooth).
- Pour sour cream mixture over chicken.
- Sprinkle with chives and serve.
