Ingredients

  • 3 lb. skinless chicken pieces
  • 3 Tbsp. oleo
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. rice (uncooked)
  • 1 pkg. Mrs. Grass chicken flavored noodle soup mix

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the chicken pieces in oleo.
  2. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Stir in water, rice, and the chicken flavored noodle soup mix into the skillet.
  4. Add the browned chicken back into the skillet and cover.
  5. Simmer for 30 to 35 minutes or until the rice is cooked and tender.
