Ingredients

  • 1 shallot
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 rib of celery
  • 1lb of boneless chicken breast
  • 1 .50 stick of un salted butter
  • 2 T of paprika 1 cup of chicken stock 1 cup water. 1 cup sour cream. Dumplings 1 cup flour 1 egg 1 .25 cup water (more if too dry)

Instructions

  1. process the shallot carrot and celery to a fine mix, melt butter and saute for about 2-3 min. Add chicken brown 1 min each side add stock ,water and paprika. Simmer for 1.5 hours remove chicken shred with 2 forks ( pull apart) remove sauce from heat, add sour cream stir in re add chicken simmer for half an hour on low. Now the dumplings bring pot of water to a boil mix all dumpling Ingredient till well mixed (should be thick) now spoon by spoon put in boiling water when it floots let cook for 30 sec remove and place in strainer, when all the dumplings are done. Place dumplings 1st then chicken sauce on top. Enjoy!
