Chicken Plus Salad

- Poach whole chicken breasts in water. Hard cook the eggs.
- Cool, debone and shred chicken. Cool, peel and chop eggs. Chop onion and celery. Add chopped pecans. Add mayo and stir.
- I serve this on pita bread as a sandwich and on crackers or bagel crisps as an appetizer. It would also be tasty on lettuce leaves.
