Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken (fryer size)
  • 2 cans minestrone soup

Instructions

  1. Bake the whole chicken in a covered pan with 2 cups of water for about an hour at 350°F.
  2. Pour the minestrone soup into the broth around the chicken.
  3. Bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  4. If it doesn't look like there are 2 cups of broth, add a little water.
