Instructions
- Remove wing tips and loosen the large joint of each chicken wing.
- Lay the wings flat in a pan.
- Broil or fry in oil until the wings are nice and crisp. This takes about 45 minutes.
- Drain the cooked wings.
- Before serving, pour the tangy Buffalo sauce over all the wings.
