  • 2 (10 count) pkg. fresh chicken wings

Instructions

  1. Remove wing tips and loosen the large joint of each chicken wing.
  2. Lay the wings flat in a pan.
  3. Broil or fry in oil until the wings are nice and crisp. This takes about 45 minutes.
  4. Drain the cooked wings.
  5. Before serving, pour the tangy Buffalo sauce over all the wings.
