Chicken Sticks

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts or tenderloins
  • 2/3 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses or Karo syrup
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp. Accent (m.s.g. - optional)
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 2 tsp. dried mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except chicken in blender.
  2. Skin, bone and cut chicken into strips.
  3. Thread on oriental wooden sticks. Marinate 2 plus hours (overnight okay).
  4. Grill 12 to 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
