- In large electric skillet, saute chicken breast in butter.
- Add onion, mushrooms and garlic.
- Add tomatoes, butter beans and green beans.
- This is a quick 1-dish meal.
- As soon as chicken is cooled, add remaining ingredients until hot.
- Serve with sourdough or corn bread.
