Ingredients

  • chicken breast, cut in chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 can S & W Cajun stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can butter beans
  • 1 can green beans

Instructions

  1. In large electric skillet, saute chicken breast in butter.
  2. Add onion, mushrooms and garlic.
  3. Add tomatoes, butter beans and green beans.
  4. This is a quick 1-dish meal.
  5. As soon as chicken is cooled, add remaining ingredients until hot.
  6. Serve with sourdough or corn bread.
