- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken fillets and cook for 8 mins, until golden on both sides. Let rest for 5 mins. Chop coarsely.
- Meanwhile, whisk together wasabi and dijonnaise. Spread over bread. Fill each sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, chicken and cheese. Season. Drizzle dressing over top and serve.
